Escape from Butcher Bay was a genuine sleeper hit, the quality and technical excellence of Starbreeze's Xbox adventure as unexpected as one of its titular hero's stealthy attacks. Some five years on and it looks like the Swedish developer has another shock up its sleeves; its follow-up, Assault on Dark Athena, has all the makings of being one of the surprise gems of 2009.
It’s aiming for a March 24 release date.
